He began his professional career in 1995 as Branch Manager in Batam, laying a strong foundation for his leadership and comprehensive understanding of the shipping industry. Throughout his career, his contributions have been reflected in strengthening operational performance and driving sustainable business growth.

He further contributes to industry development through his position as Head of DPC INSA Batam (Indonesian National Shipowners’ Association) since 2022. INSA, as a national platform for Indonesian shipping companies, plays a vital role in maintaining the economic unity of the Republic of Indonesia and in reducing economic dependence on foreign entities in maritime trade. In this capacity, he promotes strategic collaboration and enhances the competitiveness of the national shipping sector.

His commitment to human capital development and the advancement of the transportation sector is demonstrated through his role as a practitioner lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Maritim Yogyakarta, while concurrently pursuing a Doctoral degree at Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti (ITL), specializing in Transportation Management.

He currently serves as Director for Commercial and Operations, responsible for the company’s commercial strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he is also an active golf enthusiast, reflecting a balanced approach to leadership and personal well-being.
